O-I has recently entered into a partnership with the Pink Rosé Festival in France to elevate bottle design to the most compelling business case for producers and bottlers of rosé wine
During this event exclusively dedicated to rosé wines, which will be held in Cannes, France, early 2019, O-I will sponsor the Design Awards, an award aiming at celebrating excellence and creativity of packaging.
In addition, the O-I Design team will hold master classes on the role of design to differentiate brands and present the potential of O-I : EXPRESSIONS, its brand new late differentiation service. The master class will take the form of an interactive show to demonstrate concretely what O-I : EXPRESSIONS can bring to the rosé wine brands.
It is up to us, packaging manufacturers, to provide the long-lasting and sustainable solutions that our customers expect to strengthen the growth of this market. That's the very meaning of our approach.
For several years, the rosé wine market has enjoyed sustained momentum on the French market as well as internationally. Convinced that the future is promising for this highly evolving market segment, O-I wants to support its customers and offer them the most adapted packaging solutions to develop their brands and differentiate themselves in a very competitive context. For O-I, bottle design meets new consumer expectations, especially from female consumers, but not only. The rosé wine is described in opinion studies as a more festive wine, more convivial, also simpler, with new codes of consumption and which remain largely to invent.
This is where the O-I proposal is.
The Pink Rosé Festival is held on February 7 and 8 at the Palais des Festival in Cannes.
