O-I continues to focus on design to support the growth of the rosé wine market and enters into a partnership with the Just’Rosé Festival in France to elevate bottle design to the most compelling business case for producers and bottlers of rosé wine.
During this event which will take place May 10-12 2019 in Sanary-sur-Mer, France, O-I will introduce for the first time to consumers the Pink Design Awards (in partnership with – and as a follow up to the professional votes that took place during the – Pink Rosé Festival held in Cannes earlier this year).
71 wine growers participate in this contest with one of their most beautiful bottles which will be exhibited in Sanary during the 3 days. Festival visitors will be able to go and vote for their favorite designs and the winners will be announced after the closing of the event.
In addition, O-I offers the bottles for the "Cuvée spéciale 2019" which this year were customized leveraging the O-I : EXPRESSIONS service.
Finally, O-I will organize a private masterclass for the wineries participating in the festival, focusing on the role of design to attract shoppers. During this masterclass, O-I will hold an interactive demo of O-I : EXPRESSIONS, its new late-stage differentiation service enabled by digital printing. The combination of this technology and O-I’s know-how allows brands and winemakers to stand out with their unique story and creativity and give even more value to their brand and their products.
